JOKE OF THE WEEK

Buddha walks up to a hotdog vendor and says, "Make me one with everything." The vendor then hands him the hot dog and Buddha pays him with a ten. The vendor puts the ten dollars in his till and moves on to the next customer. Buddha says, "What about my change?". The vendor replies, "change comes from within."

TIPS AND TRICKS
DeadMouse Opens Your Links With Just Your Keyboard

Chrome: You can do almost all of your web browsing with just keyboard shortcuts, but in Chrome one of the missing features is the ability to open links inside a page. With the DeadMouse extension, you get that ability just by typing the words in the link. DeadMouse is pretty straightforward. With the extension installed you can start typing the first letters of a link you want to follow and the link starts jiggling. Hit Enter to open up the link or Shift+Enter to open it in a new tab. If multiple links have the same words you can cycle through them with the Tab key. It's simple, but makes browsing a breeze.

Firefox users already have this ability with the search function. Hit the "/" key and type the text in the link and Firefox will highlight. Hit Enter and you can follow the link.

ASK TINA

Q: submitted by Adam

So I am a divorced mother with one son who is 14 years old. I'm wondering if I should even really bother talking to my son about sex and masturbation? I feel that he can figure out the masturbation part on is own, and the sex thing I figure he will either learn on his own or will just ask a friend if he wants to know something about it. Isn't masturbation something boys just learn on there own? I don't know how to talk to him about with it without going into details.

A:
Let him figure out the masturbation on his own. As for sex talk, just tell him that YOU think that women should be treated with a certain level of respect. If he asks what you mean (or even if he doesn't ask), just say that you hope he is interested in girls that he can see himself having a good time with/girls he would like to stay with for a while, and that sexual thoughts are okay, but girls also like guys who really care about them. That's all he needs to hear, then end the conversation and make sure he understands. Trust me, this is all you want to say. I was partailly raised by a single mother. She didn't even do that, but I was blessed to figure it out through instinct, at an early age.
If you go into detail too much, you will either creep him out, or make him too self conscious, or both. Stick to the so called "script" and the talk will go alright.

STRANGE NEWS HEADLINES
SAN FRANCISCO, CA -- A San Francisco man is behind bars today after he allegedly stole his friend's identification and used it to get money, a job, and traffic tickets, and even served his jail sentence under his friend's identity. Officer Gordon Shyy says San Francisco police received a call from a man in Michigan who claimed that someone in San Francisco had been using his name, birthday, and social security number to obtain health benefits. The victim knew this was true, because he had been denied health benefits in Michigan, where authorities informed him he already had insurance in California, a state the victim had never even visited. After some investigating, police learned 58-year-old Gregory Harville was allegedly using the victim's identification and collecting general assistance money. What's more unbelievable, is that Harville also collected citations, tickets, and a criminal record under his friend's name; he served time in state prison, not as Harville, but as the victim, police said. Investigators later learned Harville and the victim had been acquaintances in Michigan some 30 years ago. Yesterday, police spotted Harville on the 500 block of Fell Street. When police confronted him, he identified himself as the victim -- and that's about all police needed.
In addition, Harville had an assortment of documents with the victim's name. He was arrested and booked into jail--under his real name.
